Mavinz began with a simple idea: turn vision-led ideas into reality. In 2008 a team of young professionals set out to bring real expertise and innovation to how businesses use technology. Since then, Mavinz has grown alongside its clients' needs, one capability at a time.
Today our services span software and AI automation, cyber security, data centre management, IT solutions, managed services, business strategy and project execution. Many of our clients have stayed with us for years, and that long-term trust is the clearest measure of our commitment to quality.

A dedicated management consultancy business unit is launched, first serving the merchant shipping industry.

Cyber security and cloud computing become dedicated business units as clients' threats and workloads move online.

Government projects
Through collaborative partnerships, Mavinz begins executing projects for government bodies and public-sector organisations.

AI & Dev+Ops unit
Mavinz launches its AI & Dev+Ops business unit, designing, building and managing process automation systems and mobile applications for leading brands including Nykaa, Modicare and Colorbar. Discussions are now under way with overseas clients for similar engagements.

Building our own AI & deep-tech ventures
Mavinz begins exploring investment options to launch its own products and ventures in AI and deep tech, taking 18 years of delivery experience from client projects into products of our own.

Mavinz was established in 2008 as a private limited company in India. Over 18 years it has grown from IT solutions for small and mid-sized businesses into an integrated technology partner across software, cyber security, data centres and managed IT.
Enterprise clients joined in 2010, a management consultancy unit followed in 2011, data centre management in 2013, cyber security and cloud computing in 2016, and government project execution from 2020, and the AI & Dev+Ops unit in 2022, which builds process automation systems and mobile apps for brands such as Nykaa, Modicare and Colorbar. In 2026 Mavinz began exploring investment options to launch its own AI and deep-tech products and ventures.
