This privacy policy explains how Mavinz Consultancy Private Limited ("Mavinz", "we", "us") collects and uses personal data when you visit this website or contact us. We keep it short and in plain language.
What we collect
- Information you give us through our forms or by email or phone: your name, work email, phone number, company, country and the details of your enquiry.
- Newsletter sign-ups: your email address.
- Usage data such as pages visited, approximate location (country/city), device and browser type, collected through Google Analytics only as described under “Cookies and analytics” below.
Why we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and provide information you have requested.
- To send our newsletter, if you have subscribed. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To improve our website and services.
- To meet legal obligations.
We rely on your consent, which you give when you submit a form, and on our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries, as applicable under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, the EU/UK GDPR and other applicable laws.
Cookies and analytics
We use a small number of cookies and similar browser storage:
- Essential: a record of your cookie choice (stored in your browser as
mz_consent), so we don't ask again. This does not identify you. - Security check (essential, enquiry forms only): our enquiry forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to tell genuine visitors from automated spam bots. It processes limited technical information (such as your IP address and browser characteristics) solely for this security purpose, does not use advertising cookies and does not track you across websites. - Analytics (optional): Google Analytics 4 cookies (
_ga,_ga_*, kept for up to 14 months) that tell us which pages are visited and which enquiries come through, so we can improve the site. Google acts as our service provider; see how Google uses data from sites that use its services.
We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. If you are in the EU/EEA, UK or Switzerland, analytics cookies are only set after you click “Accept”. Elsewhere they are on by default and you can switch them off with “Reject”. You can change your choice at any time using the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us operate this website and our communications (for example email and hosting providers), under appropriate confidentiality and security obligations, or where required by law.
International transfers
We are based in India and serve clients internationally. Where personal data is transferred across borders, we apply safeguards appropriate to the applicable law.
Retention
We keep enquiry information only as long as needed to respond and maintain a business relationship, or as required by law, after which it is deleted.
Your rights

Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, consistent with the security standards we recommend to our clients.
