Nihar Ranjan leads Mavinz's strategy, growth and client relationships across its four service pillars: Dev+Ops & AI, Cyber Security, Data Centre and Managed IT. His focus is simple: build a technology company that clients trust for the long term, and that keeps evolving as fast as their needs do.
Under his leadership, Mavinz has grown from IT solutions for small and mid-sized businesses into an integrated technology partner. It has added dedicated business units for data centre management, cyber security, cloud and, most recently, AI & Dev+Ops, while delivering projects for government bodies, public-sector organisations and leading consumer brands. He is now taking the company into its next chapter: building its own products and ventures in AI and deep tech, and expanding its reach to clients in the USA, UK & Europe, the Middle East and Australia.
As a data centre and cyber security advisor, Nihar brings a practitioner's view to every engagement. Infrastructure has to be resilient, security has to be built in rather than bolted on, and good governance has to make an organisation stronger, not slower.
